near night's end, when the barn was filled with dancing and lights down low, andy pulled erica outside under the twinkle lights and open air stillness. i couldn't hear what he was saying, but that moment of one-on-one connection amidst the larger party at hand somehow spoke volumes about the day and the thoughtful souls erica and andy both are.
