i was warmly welcomed as a guest and that gave me a unique perspective on the day, from morning coffee and a trip to the flower farm … to the sunset boat ride [complete with an impromptu first dance and lake neighbors throwing cans of beer to the newlyweds] and singing karaoke while wearing a glow-stick headband [yes, i did that, and loved it]. i absolutely love a backyard wedding and these people. no fuss, a focus on what really matters … truly special and unforgettable.
