this is one of those posts i dread writing because i cannot accurately articulate how i feel about these people. despite geographical distance, i've prioritized remaining close with my college girl friends. they are family, my sisters. i lived with kaleen during and after college, and she is solid gold ... giving and giving and giving ... and then somehow from mysterious reserves, giving some more. from the beginnings of her relationship with james, to both her moves to chicago and atlanta, and now as she fills her home with beautiful, curious, book-loving children ... i'm thankful to witness and document any part of the journey. and i hope to do so for many, many years.
i don't know what else to say right now, except that these people are irreplaceable in more ways than one. i'm just going to let the photos from our recent days together do the talking.
